公司前身始建于1979年10月，原為龍游縣梧村教學(xué)儀器廠、龍游縣溪口教學(xué)儀器廠和龍游縣教學(xué)儀器廠三家企業(yè)。于1991年1月合并為龍游縣教學(xué)儀器總廠，1997年改名為龍游縣科教儀器有限公司，2002年改制后改名為浙江博林儀器有限公司。
